In a letter to the editor titled 鈥淲hat鈥檚 in a mane? Everything, if it honors treason and slavery鈥� in The Washington Post, Visiting Professor of History Ty Seidule emphasized that 鈥淲hom we honor reflects our values.鈥�

In an American Public Media Marketplace 鈥淢orning Report鈥� titled 鈥淲hy isn鈥檛 the cost of borrowing money included in the consumer price index?,鈥� Ann Owen, the Henry Platt Bristol Professor of Economics, commented on including the cost of money in the Consumer Price Index (CPI).

Honor Flight Syracuse is an organization that flies approximately 80 veterans several times a year to Washington, D.C., to visit the monuments dedicated to their service. The veterans鈥� return to Syracuse is celebrated with a ceremony in their honor. On April 27, the program was hosted by Visiting Professor of History and Brigadier. General (retired) Ty Seidule.
