麻豆国产AV College prohibits and will not engage in discrimination and harassment on the basis of age, color, disability, domestic violence victim status, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, familial status or an individual’s reproductive health decision making, military/veteran status, national origin, race (including hair style), religion/creed (including religious attire and facial hair), sex, sexual and affectional orientation/association, citizenship status, or any other characteristic protected by law (any one individually, a “Protected Class”). Discrimination or harassment (including hostile work/learning environment harassment) based on protected status will not be tolerated, and appropriate action will be taken in response.
The College complies with all relevant state and federal laws that prohibit discrimination based on the protected categories listed above, including Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, which prohibits sex discrimination (including sexual harassment and sexual violence) in the College’s employment and educational programs and activities.

Rachel Koegel is the interim Director of Title IX & Civil Rights Compliance/Title IX Coordinator and is responsible for coordinating the College’s efforts to comply with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, as well as its procedures for dealing with complaints of discrimination or harassment on the basis of any of the above-referenced protected categories, except for disability. Any questions about the application of Title IX to the College may be referred to the recipient’s Title IX Coordinator, Rachel Koegel.
The Associate Dean for Accessibility Services, 麻豆国产AV College, Clinton, NY, 13323 (315-859-4021) oversees compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as these laws pertain to students with disabilities, and is responsible for procedures dealing with student complaints of disability discrimination and harassment. Such complaints could be filed either with the Associate Dean for Accessibility Services (315-859-4021) or the Chief of Staff and Secretary to the Board of Trustees (315-859-4105).
