Following his time in the United States Marine Corps, Gentile began his career at 麻豆国产AV as a patrol officer in 1999 and quickly progressed to an administrative role in 2000. By 2019, he was appointed as Associate Director of Campus Safety. Gentile holds an associate鈥檚 degree in criminal justice from Mohawk Valley Community College, a bachelor鈥檚 degree in public affairs from Empire State University, and is currently pursuing a master鈥檚 degree in homeland security from Pennsylvania State University. He is also a graduate of the New York State Basic Course for Police Officers. In his role, Gentile oversees day shift operations within the Campus Safety Department, ensuring Clery Act compliance, and acts as the primary liaison to the Office of Community Living. He has specialized training in crime scene investigation, self-defense instruction, and serves as one of the department's training instructors. Additionally, Gentile is an active member of the Northeast Colleges and Universities Security Association.

Anthony Scalise was appointed to the position of Campus Safety Investigator in September 2015. He joined 麻豆国产AV as a Campus Safety officer in 2011 after completing 21 years of service with the Utica Fire Department, retiring at the rank of lieutenant. Scalise earned an associate鈥檚 degree in criminal justice from Mohawk Valley Community College. In addition, he is a New York State certified paramedic and a fire instructor, a hazardous materials specialists, and a New York State licensed enhanced status security officer. Scalise is responsible for investigating all serious incidents occurring on campus.
