The Office of Administrative Services has operational responsibility for a diverse group of essential support services that enhance campus life. These include the campus card services (Hill Card), Mail Center and Print Shop. The office oversees contracted operations including campus food services, College bookstore, vending and travel services. In addition, Auxiliary Services supports the campus through the office’s oversight of purchasing, real estate (rental and owned), and risk management.
Business Office
The Business Office oversees the financial operations of the College, including accounts payable, student billing and collection, payroll, loan administration, research grant administration, financial reporting and budget management.
College Events and Scheduling
The College Events & Scheduling Office strives to provide a consistent and efficient event experience for the Campus Community.聽 We oversee major college events such as Convocation, Commencement and Great Names, manage the College鈥檚 space scheduling system and calendar, approve requests for use of College space and consult with conference, camp, and wedding planners.
Environmental Protection, Safety and Sustainability
The Environmental Protection, Safety and Sustainability Office is responsible for directly managing various occupational and environmental obligations on campus, and assists with the College鈥檚 fire safety, emergency preparedness and sustainability efforts and initiatives.
Facilities Management
Facilities Management, also known as Maintenance and Operations is responsible for the physical upkeep of the college, including repair work and grounds. Please visit the Work Control website in order to place a work order.
Human Resources
Human Resources is committed to developing and maintaining a positive work environment by providing benefits and services to individuals and departments to help attract, develop, and retain a talented and diverse work force.
Investment Office
The Investment Office works with the Investment Committee of the Board of Trustees to oversee all investments of the College's endowment portfolio. The Investment Office reports monthly and quarterly to the Investment Committee, providing performance reporting, due diligence on new investments, and updates on strategy, liquidity, and asset allocation. Lauren Jacobson is the College's Chief Investment Officer, Kathleen Khadder is the Managing Director of Investments and Spencer Polaske is the Director of Investments in our New York City office. Amy Clausen is the Operations Manager in the office on campus.
